The cable management was pretty easy as well thanks to the cable straps and zip ties. There’s plenty of room for a liquid cooler on top, just don’t go bigger than a 240mm radiator. ![]() The other problem was with the 3.5" tray, it's removable and can be moved a little to the side, but it was still very much a pain trying to fit it in along with the modular power supply I had.īuilt my first PC in this case, has a super slick look and was easy to build in. What you're actually supposed to do is screw in the drive on top of the mount using the four screws on the bottom of your drive. On first try it seemed like the drive was supposed to go under the mount, but not only would this block the cables, it also doesn't have room to close and screw in to the case. Nitpicks: The SSD mounts were not entirely intuitive, and the manual wasn't much help, only showing the locations to place the mounts. I also enjoy knowing I have room for a radiator in the future. There are also two removable 2.5" drive mounts that can be placed on two spots behind the motherboard, or two spots on top of the perforated shroud covering the 3.5" bay and power supply (Note: Corsair sells extra SSD mounts, so all four spots could be used if needed.) It also comes with two fans, one set to intake and one for exhaust. There is a drive bay on the bottom that can be moved or removed, with space for two 3.5" drives. For noise level, my PC was never very loud to begin with, but it hasn't gotten louder.įeatures: For someone with an older motherboard, having a USB-C on the case was nice to have. It also has extra Velcro straps and zip ties to get everything in order. The cable management is great, with multiple entry points around the back of the motherboard to route cables and a movable channel for your main cables. The case is more roomy than my previous one, and is clearly designed for airflow (it's in the name!) It's also easy to get into and take apart without fear of breaking or damaging something. ![]() QoL: A magnetic filter for the top perforations of the case is great, I've seen many cheaper cases skimp out on that, which speeds dust buildup in your case. The case feels tough and sturdy, and not like the flimsy more plastic cases you can get for cheaper. The glass side panel is thick and seems like it would be hard to damage. If you prefer it more minimalistic, the darker glass paired with no RGB will do a good job of hiding the interior and your cable management. If you're an RGB person it will light up the inside and give you a nice view of the interior. I am overall very satisfied with the case, and only have a couple nitpicks on it.Īppearance/quality: I appreciate the look of the case.
